Shipping and returns
We ship worldwide.
We make all our stamps in our engraving workshop, without intermediaries, which allows us to control the quality of the product we offer and the production times. Producing the stamp in our workshop takes between 2-3 days depending on the type of stamp.
Orders begin to be manufactured once payment has been confirmed, within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Before making the payment you will be able to check the shipping costs. Depending on the destination and weight a rate will be applied.
SPAIN
Shipments to the Peninsula
If you live on the Spanish Peninsula, you will receive your fully personalised manual stamp within 24 hours, you will also be able to track your order. Shipping to the Peninsula costs €3.95.
Shipping to the Islands
Whether you live in the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost is 6,95€, you will be able to track you order.
EUROPE
Shipping to Europe
We ship all over Europe 10,50 euros, delivery times are 4-5 working days.
Portugal 48/72h a partir de 3,95€.
You will be able to know where your order is at any moment.

Shipping to Australia, United States and Canada
We ship to the United States and Canada with order tracking. Check the shipping costs according to weight in the payment screen. Delivery times are 5-8 business days.

Selloa is not responsible for delays in the delivery of shipments due to: customs delays, strikes/delays in transportation or transfers to international carriers.

Urgent orders

Send as a gift
Simply use the address of the person you want to receive the gift as the delivery address of your order. If you prefer, you can also gift a gift card and let the recipient personalise the stamp to their liking.
RETURNS
Each stamp is made to order. As it is a personalised object, returns are not accepted unless the stamp or one of the objects in your order arrives damaged. Before we produce your stamp we will make sure your design is appropriate and contact you if any adjustments need to be made.
