Shipping and returns
We make all our stamps in our engraving workshop, without intermediaries, which allows us to control the quality of the product we offer and the production times. Producing the stamp in our workshop takes between 1-2 days.
Orders begin to be manufactured once payment has been confirmed, within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Before making the payment you will be able to check the shipping costs. Depending on the destination and weight a rate will be applied.
Shipments to the Peninsula
If you live on the Spanish Peninsula, you will receive your fully personalised manual stamp within 24 hours, you will also be able to track your order. Shipping to the Peninsula costs €3.95.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands
If you live in the Balearic Islands, you can choose between the €4.95 order tracking option or the ordinary rate at €2.99.
Shipments to the Canary Islands
If you live in the Canary Islands, you can choose between the €4.95 order tracking option or the ordinary rate at €2.99.
Shipping to Europe
We ship to all of Europe. You can now send your order as a gift, or buy it outside of Spain and receive it at home. You can choose the ordinary rate of €5.99 or order tracking for €10.50.
If you need your order to arrive urgently, or on a certain date, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Send as a gift
Simply use the address of the person you want to receive the gift as the delivery address of your order. If you prefer, you can also gift a gift card and let the recipient personalise the stamp to their liking.
Each stamp is made to order. As it is a personalised object, returns are not accepted unless the stamp or one of the objects in your order arrives damaged.
Before we produce your stamp we will make sure your design is appropriate and contact you if any adjustments need to be made.
