Shipping policy

We produce the stamps in our engraving atelier, without intermediaries, which allows us to control the quality of the product we offer and the production times. Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Orders placed outside these hours are processed the following day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

For standard shipping the delivery time for Spain (peninsula) is 24-48h from Monday to Friday, and 3-4 days for the rest of Europe.
